Group Therapy

Group therapy is a unique setting where a small group of individuals facing similar challenges participate in a shared therapeutic process. Groups are often topical in nature and run for 2-3 months. Group therapy is a great place to build skills, relate to other people on similar journeys and build confidence and and emotional health
