I grew up in Norfolk VA and around the east coast in a Navy family. I attended Longwood University in Virginia for my undergraduate education and Regent University in Virginia for both my masters and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology.
I am married to Dan, who practices as an attorney and we have four children. I am active in my community and love adventures and living life in tidewater.
Some fun facts about me are that I love weather, cooking and planning new and fun experiences.
